These terms govern your use of this website and any SolvifySoft Labs account. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Accounts

You are responsible for the information in your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Do not share access, impersonate another person or create accounts to abuse the service. We may suspend an account that is used for spam, fraud or unlawful activity.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to break, overload or probe the site without written permission.
• Do not scrape, resell or bulk-collect content or personal data.
• Do not upload malicious code or use the site to send unsolicited messages.
• Do not use CareerOS or any Solvify product to violate a job board’s terms or applicable law.

Projects and products

Descriptions of services, products and timelines on this site are informational. A paid engagement is governed by a separate written agreement. CareerOS is a separate application with its own behavior, approval gates and data stored locally; this website’s account does not grant access to another user’s CareerOS data.

Intellectual property

The site’s original text, design, code and brand assets belong to SolvifySoft Labs or its licensors. You may view and share links to public pages. You may not copy the site into a competing product or remove attribution. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or a particular business outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolvifySoft Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or business opportunities, arising from use of the site. Our total liability for a claim relating to the site will not exceed INR 10,000 or the amount you paid us for the relevant service, whichever is greater.

Third-party links

The site may link to Google, GitHub, CareerOS or other third-party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or data practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
