Privacy

Privacy notice.

Last updated: 22 October 2026

SolvifySoft Labs (“we”, “us”) builds software products and automation systems. This notice explains what we collect on this website and how we use it. It is written to match the current implementation, not an aspirational data practice.

What we collect

  • Account data. If you create an account, we store your name, email address, a salted password hash and sign-in timestamps. If you use Google or GitHub sign-in, we receive the profile fields those providers share (typically name, email and avatar URL).
  • Contact data. If you submit the contact form or newsletter form, we store your name, email, company, selected interest, budget range, message and a hashed network identifier used for abuse prevention.
  • Technical data. The server may process standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamps) to deliver the site, rate-limit abuse and diagnose failures.
  • CareerOS data. CareerOS runs as a separate local-first application. Your resume, job data, vault and documents stay in that application’s local storage unless you explicitly connect an external service.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Authentication uses a secure session cookie and a CSRF token so that you can stay signed in. You can clear them in your browser at any time.

How we use data

  • To create and secure your account.
  • To respond to project, support or partnership inquiries.
  • To send studio notes if you explicitly subscribe.
  • To detect abuse, debug failures and keep the service available.

We do not sell personal data, rent contact lists or train foundation models on your private data.

Sharing

We use infrastructure and authentication providers to run the site. Google and GitHub process sign-in data under their own privacy policies. If you configure a webhook for contact submissions, the submission is forwarded to that endpoint. We do not otherwise disclose personal data unless required by law.

Retention

Account records are kept while your account is active. Contact submissions are kept for up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active project or legal obligation. Rate-limit data is short-lived. CareerOS data is controlled by you and remains in your local installation.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your account or contact data by emailing support@solvifysoftlab.in. If you subscribed to studio notes, every email will include an unsubscribe link.

Security

We use salted password hashing, server-side secrets, rate limiting and least-privilege integrations. No system is perfectly secure. If you believe you found a vulnerability, contact us before disclosing it publicly.
